Oddball

Software Engineer: CMS WDS Contract

June 2019 - October 2021

Created and constantly improving login and authentication services and features for healthcare.gov and mymedicare.gov. Here, I've also learned about the value of application metrics and telemetry.

Node.js, MySQL, Docker, a handful of AWS services, Terraform, New Relic, Splunk, JMeter... I learned a lot here :)

Ellucian

Software Developer

July 2017 - June 2019

Full stack development building scalable web apps and APIs that enable integrations between client apps. I worked across several teams and received recognition for my cross-team efforts. I also had the opportunity to mentor interns during the summer, which has proven to be very rewarding.

Ellucian

Software Developer Intern

May 2016 - August 2016

As an intern, I created an initial implementation for a product that would help customers integrate with other Ellucian products. This is where I learned Node.js, and got more familiar with front end development. This was one of the first times I'd worked directly with remote employees, and it taught me quite a bit about communication within teams.

Node.js, jQuery, CSS, Socket.io
